This was aired live last night in Washington, DC at the National Archives. I recommend the first few minutes, then jump to 18 minutes through 24 minutes for the background. All very interesting. ~djr
Well, I’m signing up. Hopefully the study will show why I’m gonna live to 100+
Hot off the press at WiredMassive Health Study, brought to you by… guess who 😉

How do you wash your clothes in space?
This is the absolute grossest thing about living in spaceThis is kinda gross 🙂
did you know about Genny?
have spent 36 years living in and around Rochester, NY and never spent time at Genesee Brewery. I went to the Genesee Brew House which has been open for over 5 years and was very impressed. The craft brews were great, some were very different, one was over 10.5% abv… I’m going again very soon.

What a great weekend + it’s Mole day!
It’s very rewarding to achieve all you wanted to get done for the weekend. Ending with a surprise was especially nice.
* Nice fish fry with the bride and joined by the owner. Nice catch-up
* Felled 2 trees for a buddy, almost crushed a shed, went trough 3 chainsaw blades cutting up 5+ trees, got to pull down trees w/the Gator, pinched a buddies hand, bruised my hand…. 6 tanks of fuel. A real manly Saturday. Great meals by the spouse all weekend
* Jeep soft top wrapped up & hung in the rafters, hard top installed. Followed by a great cigar, a couple beers and great friendship
* Garage cleaned up and Gator now has a winter home
* Great friends visited and helped climb atop our pergola and scraped the wood bare and got much of it painted
* Truck power washed and my love even helped. Drew with sidewalk chalk all over the driveway with a cutie
* Our daughter and boyfriend surprised us with live lobsters from their mini vacation in Maine
Now to start what will be a very busy week… Thanks for listening
PS: Look up mole day… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mole_Day

long week, looking forward to the weekend
The week behind me: A major off-site event was a success, tons of service tickets, lots of projects ahead, major renovation planning needs to be estimated.
The weekend ahead of me: I get to chainsaw a buddies felled tree and put the hard top on the jeep. BUT I’m on-call all weekend. knock on wood, please

Good friends who are going through tough times often just need a hug or a punch in the arm. Everyone tends to offer advice, just remember what’s normal for you is not always best.
Best I can say: live well, be healthy, don’t forget to laugh, don’t take sides, accept change. But above all, remember to punch them in the arm 😉
My morning coffee (free if you have $1.08 in change)
At 6:30am today, Lakeville, NY
McD: good morning, how may I help you
Me: good morning, happy Wednesday!, large coffee refill, 3 creams
McD: Not only is it a good morning, it’s my 42nd wedding anniversary.
Me: Happy Anniversary, may today be great!
Will I be working at McD’s someday?… She’s happy, keeping busy and making me smile
What’s more important, a sharp chain saw or good time w/friends.
Well it’s Tuesday and life moves on. Kinda sore from a strenuous weekend but excited to be just as exhausted from a good day that’s ahead. Ask Alexa for “give me some inspiration” and she’ll get you ready.
Question: Should this blog go public and what do you want this to be about?
Go Team!

Tree vs. DJR
Well, this time I beat the widow maker of all trees at Pop-Pops. With my trusty brother in-law David. We toppled that beast and give Pop-Pop another cord of wood for the winter
feels like a Friday ;-)
Yesterdays upgrade: very proud of the team. Much success and all pulled together. SEC got lunch, even with ghost peppers …. I cried, I loved it…
Today is a SLTÂ team meeting and an important lunch
Red Creek after work, long weekend, wonder if the widow maker tree is still up?…….wonder what happened to the portable shelter?
Miss Meg, unsure what Nate is up to, Keel has not found this site yet, maybe I should tell her
